Program evaluation is a critical element of data-driven improvement, the results of which empower administrators and teachers to focus their resources on the vital few areas that will make the most difference. Evaluation requires strong analytical and relationship skills, solid protocols and processes for reviewing program areas, and a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of all facets of a program to the larger system of teaching and learning.
