Gwendolyn Lee, EdD

Gwen has served as a high school teacher, dean of students, principal, and associate superintendent where she brought the S.M.A.R.T. Goals Process to her district. In addition to her work with QLD, she is involved with the New Leaders for New Schools program, NSDC's professional development audits, the Illinois Gates Coalition for Systems Change and Technology Integration, the Illinois ASCD Board of Directors, and serves as President and Treasurer of the South Suburban IASCD. She regularly presents for Thornton Township District's Leadership Academy and the Illinois Principals' Association Aspiring Principals Workshop.

Gwen resides in Homewood, IL.
