Bilingual Education

English-language-learners (ELL) are one of the fastest growing populations in public education today. These learners, particularly Hispanic children, are at high risk for falling behind and/or dropping out. Rather than seeing these students as problematic, schools and districts making significant progress with this group of learners are those that are embracing bilingualism as a "must have" for the 21st century.
